Payment Refund Policy
We at AIISPE are committed to providing high-quality education and services to our students. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise that require a refund of payments made to us. Please review our Payment Refund Policy outlined below:
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
Course Cancellation: In the event that AIISPE cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from a course before its commencement date, a refund may be granted according to the terms outlined in our withdrawal policy.
Dissatisfaction: If a student is dissatisfied with the course content or delivery and provides valid reasons, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the AIISPE administration office.
The request must include the student name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.
Refund Determination:
Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of AIISPE.
Refunds may be issued in full or partial amounts depending on the circumstances and any applicable fees.
In the case of course cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically without the need for a refund request.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
Refunds will be issued within 21 business days of approval.
Any processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable.
These non-refundable fees will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment or payment.
Appeals:
Students who are dissatisfied with the outcome of their refund request may appeal the decision by submitting additional supporting documentation within 7 days of the initial decision.
The appeal will be reviewed by AIISPE administration team, and the decision will be final.
